A few weeks ago in London I was interviewed by Pretty Little London for an interview about my (mainly) foodie life in London. Read the full interview on Pretty Little London’s blog!
The past few weeks have been pretty overwhelming for me, and more then overwhelming they were exhausting, physically and emotionally. I only just realise this now, as I sit down on the train home after a day trip to Burg Eltz and Cochem (see more below) and, well, just sit. I didn’t really have time to do that for a while, and I also didn’t want to make a big thing out of it at first; but as I can reflect on things easiest while writing them down, I wanted to share this post with you today anyway.
As you may have heard, seen or read already, I wrote a book! Originally written in English language, I am very happy to announce that the book will be published in German in May 2017 by ZS Verlag. The even better news is that it is available to be preordered on Amazon already! Read more about my German book “Happily healthy“ below.
You live, you learn they say, and one of the things I learnt last year is that there is not really a point in running two Instagram accounts. So, I am saying goodbye to one of them. Read below what that means for you, and what will be new with regards to my Instagram activities as of now, too.
If the world seems to be turning upside down, Hollywood movies are helpful to just dream away and walk home through the night smiling – at least that’s an experience I myself made last night. In collaboration with JORD Wood Watches today’s blog post is all about time (and watches), plus, there’s a give-away for you, too. Have a look!
When it comes to traveling through Great Britain, undoubtedly I have many, many places to tick off my list still. Apart from a visit to Edinburgh, another one to Hay-on-Wye (in Wales) and the obvious train ride south to Brighton, I haven’t seen any parts of the UK so far. That is, until last weekend, when I was invited to a spa weekend in Shrewsbury with Mercure Hotels UK. Oh, how lovely it was!
When it comes to new year’s resolutions, I actually make sure I take time to put them in writing, thinking carefully about my plans I want to focus on, goals I aim to achieve, approach I set and the things I want to change in the new year. In collaboration with the Hamburg-based brand experience agency “EAST END“ I am talking about my thoughts about 2017, plus, I am showing you their own fashion edition “Established 1999“, created to remember to “COLLECT MOMENTS NOT THINGS“.
So, here it finally is: my book “Happily healthy by Lea Lou“! I am beyond excited to let you all know that the English version of the book is available via Amazon AS OF NOW, both as an ebook and hardcopy. For all the German-speaking users among you, you may be interested to hear that the book will be published in German in Spring next year, too. Read more below! Oh, and I must not forget: There’s also a new recipe included in today’ blogpost: Vegan almond coconut macaroons, perfect for your Christmas cookie range!
