It’s been half a year already since I touched down on Californian ground for the first time ever. I fell for Los Angeles from that very first minute: The sun, palm trees, friendly people and salty air persuaded me immediately. With Summer still not having arrived in London ultimately (will he even come at all, I start to wonder?), all I can rely on right now is: some California dreaming. Here is to a flashback to sandy feet and salty breezes, plus let me also tell you of some future plans about going back.
I know, I know. I’ve promised you a blog post about my trip to San Diego (what feels like) a loooong time ago. Well, somehow it was Christmas first, and then New Year’s Eve and suddenly we’re already in the middle of January. But finally I found some time to upload the images – here you go: my trip to San Diego!
I’ve heard the most diverse opinions about Los Angeles before my trip to the metropolis. People seem to either love it, or they simply can’t wait to leave the city after a few days again. I eventually stopped to plan my time in L.A. and didn’t even try to get in the right mood for it – the warm weather would surely be enough for a good time overseas, I guessed, far away from the christmas hustle in grey and wet London. My impressions about Los Angeles, and what I’ve been up to and discovered in town, I am sharing with you on the blog today.
