As you may have heard, seen or read already, I wrote a book! Originally written in English language, I am very happy to announce that the book will be published in German in May 2017 by ZS Verlag. The even better news is that it is available to be preordered on Amazon already! Read more about my German book “Happily healthy“ below.
Hah, it’s not quite summery in London anymore, but when it still was, we filmed a little video on how to make dairy-free oatmeal waffles with raw blueberry chia compote. Clearly, they can be turned into a festive version, too, I believe! Check out today’s video on my Youtube channel and be inspired for your next waffle baking session.
Ok, ok, Summer is over, but who says we cannot eat summer granola in Autumn, too? To be honest, I really did not find any time to upload a new video earlier than today. But here we go: A new vlog is waiting for you on my Youtube channel! We are making homemade granola with coconut, apricots and mangos – my all-time favourite granola, and I actually wish I could send you some of its delicious smell through your screens!
If you are anything like me, you will love the fact that the current weather allows us to spend as much time outside as possible. I actually end up not only exercising, reading and eating outside these days, but also take my laptop into the garden whenever I can, hang my washing outside, and even leave the house to do a quick phone call, or my nails. Yes, I’m THAT excited about summer! If you don’t have access to a garden or balcony, there must be at least a local park in your area I bet! Do you like picnics? Then I suggest you make these delicious vegan summer rolls, and take a book, friend or your partner with you and enjoy summer as long as it lasts!
Of all the beautiful areas London offers, Notting Hill is the one which I love most. May it be for its beautiful (and often colorful) houses, the très chic people or the variety of cosy coffeeshops one can find between Notting Hill Gate and Ladbroke Grove: A tour to Noting Hill never ceases to impress me! Today I took my camera with me and filmed my way through the pretty neighbourhood. Et voilà – a new video: A day in Notting Hill!
Just in time before elderflower season is coming to its end, my sister, a friend and I managed to organise a little trip into the countryside. Well, we actually didn’t make it any further than zone 3 in London, but even that was enough to find a few trees full of the beautiful white blossoms. I filmed the picking and cooking after, watch the full video here: how to make elderflower cordial.
Hey, you, guys! I know you keep seeing all those spiralised vegetables everywhere, wondering why the hell suddenly everyone is so obsessed with spaghetti-shaped carrots, tagliatelle-shaped broccoli, linguine-shaped beetroot? Err, well, I don’t know why, but, yes, it’s awesome! Really, I mean you can eat a whole plate of pasta, without eating literally one single pasta, if that makes any sense!? Anyway, here is a new video – urgh, I know it took me forever –, and it involves beautiful green courgette-shaped pasta: How to make courgetti with pesto, there you go!
Wow, that took me quite a while, didn’t it?! But heyy, I’m finally on holidays after having a few crazy months. Thus, I will have more time now for my blog, and I already have lots of ideas and plans, so prepare yourself: It’s getting fresh and colorful and healthy and delicious and beautiful here! Let’s start with a new video! Yes! Let me show you how to make a super simple super healthy superfood salad with quinoa, broccoli, spinach, spring onions, feta cheese and a nut topping!
