Namaste from India! I arrived in Goa safely and am practicing yoga from the early morning until nighttime. I hope I will be able to tell you more about the experience soon – despite the very weak internet connection –, however, today it’s all about a recipe that has been waiting to be shared here for a few weeks: Roasted butternut squash with bulgur tomato and feta salad!
Not only have I lived in Hamburg for three years – it must also be my favourite city in entire Germany. I recently spent two days up north, and am showing you around beautiful Hamburg in this week’s weekly vlog. Et voilà: Specialty coffee, food and more – my Hamburg guide!
It’s almost the weekend – thank god, I can’t wait for this one –, and I am sharing with you another recipe I created for Florette Deutschland today on the blog. Get ready for a colorful fun dish to share with a bunch of people this weekend: Spinach tortillas with falafels, pepper mango salsa and hummus. Enjoy!
I believe that almost nothing beats a steaming bowl of Hokkaido squash soup on a chilly Autumn night, topped with fresh coriander, goat’s cream cheese and crispy fried prawns. It’s pure comfort food, but the healthy kind. Find the recipe for my favourite simple and quick Hokkaido squash soup below!
I hopped on a train to Eltville last Sunday morning, when it was still foggy and quiet. Watch the latest video on my Youtube channel – lots of autumnal impressions guaranteed. Enjoy!
Good morning Sunday, let’s make this one a lazy one – with a delicious breakfast in bed and possibly an autumnal walk in the nature later today. How does a vegan banana peanut butter bread sound for breakfast? It’s quick and easy to make, and doesn’t require many ingredients. Enjoy!
I am a morning person, and my time in the morning is precious. Over the last years, I have developed a routine which “prepares“ me the best way possible for the day ahead. One part of this routine is a simple stretch session which opens my heart, hip, harmstring and thighs. I am sharing the 7-minute morning flow with you on Youtube today. Enjoy!
I won’t say it out loud yet another time that I love pumpkin endlessly. In fact, I would go so far to decide on pumpkin if I was to decide for just one vegetable which I was allowed to eat until the rest of my life. Instead, I will post the recipe for this spiced vegan pumpkin pie with whipped coconut cream quietly, and hope that you, too, love the bright orange vegetable and this pie as much as I do! Here’s to pumpkin!
