Weekly vlog: 7-minute morning flow

I am a morning person, and my time in the morning is precious. Over the last years, I have developed a routine which “prepares“ me the best way possible for the day ahead. One part of this routine is a simple stretch session which opens my heart, hip, harmstring and thighs. I am sharing the 7-minute morning flow with you on Youtube today. Enjoy!
