If you follow me on Instagram, you will have noticed that I am spending a good amount of time every week at the Frankfurt-based coffee roastery Hoppenworth & Ploch. I am running their social media accounts, and as I take pictures there every week anyway, I thought I would share some of my favourite ones with you on the blog today. Watch out – serious coffee content awaiting you while scrolling down!
I must admit: I don’t have much time for many words these days – because I’m co-opening a deli in two days! Balance Deli by Lea Lou has surprisingly come into my life when I did not expect it at all; it’s been and it still is a hell lot of work, but we’re about ready to celebrate our opening on Friday, 20th April! Come and join us for a glass or two!
It’s getting a little private once again on the blog today: I am doing a (second*) house tour for you. The reason for that is because my friend Claudia Simchen took lovely photos of my place for the current issue of the magazine “Frankfurt du bist so wunderbar” a couple of months ago. Read more below: Home story – welcome to my home!
2017 was many things for me: eventful, new, instructive, exhausting, cosy and overall quite satisfiable, I’d say. For my end-of-the-year review 2017 I collaborate with EAST END COMMUNICATIONS and therefore created my review according to the theme #MAKEMEMORIES. Find out more on Youtube and in the text below.
In today’s post I’m talking all things India, where I spent the last month doing my yoga teacher training. So, here’s a little throwback, and I am also introducing you to the basics of Ayurveda. There’s an Ayurvedic breakfast recipe for you, too – all in collaboration with Valensina!
Welcome back to another round of weekly vlogs! I am showing you around in my apartment a little today, introducing you to a few DIY projects I have done in my place, and showing you some of my furniture. So, this week’s weekly vlog: a house tour! Welcome to my castle!
As I have been calling Frankfurt my home for almost six months now, I thought it’s about time for a little wrap-up. Also: Meet café Fein Frankfurt, a cute little place in an old “Trinkhalle”, serving delicious almond croissants (and other things).
I spent the past weekend in Amsterdam, and completely fell for this beautiful city! I filmed our stay and turned it into my weekly vlog. Here you go: A weekend in Amsterdam! Have a look!
