Oh well, again a few weeks have passed since my last blog post… Will I ever become good at making a plan to follow for regular blog posts? I hope you follow at least my Instagram, because after all there I am posting daily updates.
Today, however, I have a new Youtube video for you – also here I must say: Wow, it’s been ten (!) months since my last upload on Youtube. I blame my baby and the toughest year to date, and I so hope I will get back to posting regular content.
The good news is, during the month of December, I have four recipe videos lined up for you, all of them produced in collaboration with the California Walnut Commission. Together we bake four different cookies using walnuts, and with every recipe I am making a short video.
The first video is now live on Youtube, I would love for you to check it out and possibly bake the cookies, too! This week’s recipe is for sugar-free banana date and walnut cookies, which are perfect for baking and eating with kids as they are free from refined sugar, the sweetness in the cookies comes from dates and bananas only. It only takes a few minutes to bake them – and I am sure it won’t be long until they are gone either!
Wishing you lots of fun baking and eating your cookies, and please watch out for the next three videos coming over the next three weeks!
