I have uploaded a new Youtube video for you introducing you to “Pranayama”, the science of breathing in yoga. As always, the video turned out to be slightly longer than I had planned, but this time perhaps it even makes a little sense, as I am guiding you through three complex breathing techniques? At least this is how I try to see it – trust me I really try to shorten the videos and also improve the sound.
