Good morning Sunday, let’s make this one a lazy one – with a delicious breakfast in bed and possibly an autumnal walk in the nature later today. How does a vegan banana peanut butter bread sound for breakfast? It’s quick and easy to make, and doesn’t require many ingredients. Enjoy!
I won’t say it out loud yet another time that I love pumpkin endlessly. In fact, I would go so far to decide on pumpkin if I was to decide for just one vegetable which I was allowed to eat until the rest of my life. Instead, I will post the recipe for this spiced vegan pumpkin pie with whipped coconut cream quietly, and hope that you, too, love the bright orange vegetable and this pie as much as I do! Here’s to pumpkin!
It was my birthday four days ago (finally! Why does this only happen once a year!?), and I took the occasion to invite my family over for a birthday brunch. Among others we celebrated with a goat’s cheesecake with caramelised peaches and pistachio brittle. Trust me, this is a dream of a cheesecake – particularly thanks to the goat’s cheese!
The latest issue of Mio magazine is out, and I am sharing with you two recipes for fruit compote from my food column in it today. Read more below, and then go get cooking!

I am invited to a wedding, and have offered to bake the wedding cake. Read the whole story and find the recipe for a delicious and beautiful three-layered wedding cake with mascarpone frosting below!
I am collaborating with Veganz once again to share with you two delicious recipes today: a super green cleansing summer smoothie bowl with wheatgrass powder as well as deliciously sweet cashew, matcha and hemp energy balls. Hello summer!
Oh wow, it’s happening this week, on Friday, 5th of May, to be precise: My book “Happily Healthy“ is going to be released in Germany! I’m using this occasion to give away three signed copies of the book, plus – why not celebrate with a cake!? There’s actually nothing healthy about this chocolate walnut Gugelhupf, but don’t you agree that that’s entirely ok for a little celebration!?
I created a recipe for a vegan carrot cake this week, and although I have imagined the cake to be prettier, its taste is incredible! Deliciously moist (which is why the cake didn’t turn out great in the photos: The dough is so moist, it’s hard to slice it) and full of flavour. Perfect for your Easter coffee table: my vegan carrot cake!
